Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nanny for our clients based in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and experience working with children, particularly those around 8 years old. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about child development and education, and who can create a nurturing and stimulating environment for the child.

Key Responsibilities:

· School Runs: The nanny will be responsible for managing the daily school runs, ensuring punctuality for both drop-offs and pick-ups. The candidate should be reliable and capable of managing the child’s schedule effectively, including any extracurricular activities.

· Homework Support: As the child is highly independent, the nanny will provide guidance and support with homework and school projects. The candidate should have a strong educational foundation to assist with academic tasks and to foster a positive learning environment.

· Activity Organisation: The nanny will plan and organise fun and educational activities at home. This includes crafts, games, reading sessions, and other activities that stimulate creativity and learning. The ability to plan activities that are both enjoyable and enriching is essential.

· Social Development: The role includes organising playdates and ensuring the child is engaged in social activities that promote interaction with peers. The nanny will be responsible for coordinating these activities and fostering healthy social relationships.

· Light Child-Centred Errands: The nanny will handle light errands related to the child, such as managing her wardrobe, ensuring her room is organised, and taking care of any child-related shopping needs.

· Travel Requirements: The nanny will be required to accompany our client on trips. The candidate should be adaptable and prepared to manage the child’s needs while travelling, ensuring comfort and continuity of care in different environments.

Candidate Requirements:

· Educational Background: A degree or relevant qualifications in education or child development are highly desirable. Experience in teaching or tutoring would be an advantage.

· Experience:Previous experience in a similar role, particularly with children of similar age, is essential. The candidate should be capable of managing an independent child while providing the necessary support and guidance.

· Adaptability:The nanny must be flexible and adaptable to the family’s needs, including the ability to travel frequently and adjust to different cultural environments.

· Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages would be beneficial, though not mandatory.

· Personality:The ideal candidate will be nurturing, patient, and creative, with a genuine love for children. The ability to build a positive relationship with the child and integrate smoothly into the into the family’s routine is crucial.
